PRESS STATEMENT
The Burnden Group Limited (formerly named K2 Glass Limited) has acquired the business and assets of K2 Conservatory Systems Limited and Cestrum Conservatories Limited.
K2 Conservatory Systems Limited will trade as K2 Conservatories and K2 Glass Limited will trade as K2 Glass, both will be divisions of The Burnden Group Limited.
All our businesses continue to operate normally from a consolidated new location at Burnden House, Roman Road, Blackburn, a seventeen acre site which houses more than 300,000 square feet of manufacturing and warehouse facilities.
We continue to support our customer base with all past and future warranties, agreements and commitments being honoured by The Burnden Group.
We believe that the rationalisation of the businesses into one combined entity on one combined site presents enormous opportunities for future growth and success.
