Radbury switches for Spectus reversible
Radbury of Ayr, based in Scotland, has recently turned to Spectus. The company fabricates and installs aluminium and PVC-U windows, and chose Spectus because of the comprehensive product range – in particular the fully-reversible window.
“It’s the best reversible on the market,” comments Kelvin Thomson, Director of Radbury, “- attractive and top quality. Reversibles are increasingly popular with customers in Scotland and Ireland but until recently it’s all been tilt ‘n’ turns in England, although it’s now catching up.
“The technical team at Spectus regularly update the product range. The company also offers superb sliders and the curtain walling product is easy to work with. It’s so important to move quickly in a changing industry – and that’s what Spectus does.”
Radbury of Ayr employs 34 staff and currently produces up to 400 frames per week in its 20,000sq ft factory. The company works on both domestic and commercial projects with large construction groups such as Balfour Beatty, as well as contracts with housing associations and local authorities.
