GED Appoints New President/CEO
GED Integrated Solutions, Inc., a global leader and provider of integrated, lean window manufacturing systems, has announced the appointment of Bill Weaver to the role of President and Chief Executive Officer, effective October 31, 2008.
GED’s Board of Directors believes it has chosen an excellent leader with the vision and experience to drive the business. Weaver, who presently serves as the company’s Vice President of Sales & Marketing, has more than 23 years experience in the window and door industry and has been an integral part of the GED team for the past 10 years. He replaces Ron Auletta, GED’s President and CEO for the past nine years, who has recently accepted a similar leadership position outside of the window fabrication industry, but will remain involved with the company in an advisory capacity as a member of its Board of Directors.

Weaver earned his master’s of business administration from Cleveland State University and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Bowling Green State University.
