NEW SFS INTEC HINGE COLOURS EXPAND DOOR STYLE POTENTIAL

SFS intec has added two new standard colour options for its Dynamic 2D hinge to offer door fabricators the scope to create visually appealing, fully coordinated PVC-U and composite doorsets in popular colours.

The company has introduced traditional cream and contemporary dark grey colour options for Dynamic 2D to suit the growing demand for residential doorsets in these finishes.  In addition, SFS intec has updated its dark brown colour to provide an exceptional match for doorsets in the increasingly popular rosewood finish.

These off-the-shelf options bring the choice of colours - including metallic gold and silver - to ten, all offering a durable surface finish for lasting aesthetic appeal.  With custom designed sash plates to provide the perfect fit for numerous profiles including Veka, Deceuninck and Rehau, Dynamic 2D plays a key role in delivering great looking doorsets for fabricators to achieve a competitive edge.

The Dynamic 2D is already established as one of the leading hinges for PVC-U and twin rebated composite doors, thanks to its slimline design and excellent strength and security characteristics.

The hinge has been successfully tested to 200,000 cycles, which is equivalent to around 20 years’ domestic use, and it offers corrosion resistance to EN 1670: Grade 4 (very high resistance).  Dynamic 2D has also been used in PAS-024 enhanced security doorsets in combination with some of the leading profile systems.
