UNIVERSAL CUSTOMER CHARTER

Customer service is paramount for any company and just to emphasise the importance of it, leading bending specialist Universal Arches has just launched a new 5-point customer charter.

This new customer charter states that all quotations will be returned within 60 minutes; there will be a 5-7 day turnaround on all orders; there’s free twice weekly delivery within a 75 mile radius; comprehensive technical back-up and a dedicated customer service department on hand.

The bending market is specialist, due to the skills and experience required to meet the exacting demands of the customer and consistent high product quality for the end consumer.
